Oh, the vegetables are always worth it! Here are some tips I've collected:

First, when you go shopping, take your child with you the fruit section. You can look at each plant to tell them and help them, then select it. Make them excited to try new things. You can use the chance to try it if you helped to decide for themselves.

Secondly, if you are at home, then you will feel and touch, and I must say again. For this age group something simple like "What color is he? S Green!"

I also remember very well cooked, but not a choking hazard to small businesses.

When you are ready the cooked vegetables on your own or with a little seasoning (such as lemon butter or hollandaise sauce [sp? Trying] to things like broccoli and peppers or beans), then you can try the alternatives in the mean time. And that means secretly

Try some broccoli, chopped very small, mixed with things like macaroni and noodles or meat dishes. Cooked peas and carrots, and corn, you can mix in some of their favorite foods.

Above all, do not give up! Promote and keep trying to grow so if it gets a little older, which may finally give in and try new things. Next to leave to collect it, to try and talk to him. To promote, and try try again. If left untreated, this week, maybe next week. Until then, secretly, secretly, in secret. I know that this (the mixture of food and feed that is not appropriate) for weight control, but would at this stage it would be useful, a little more food in their diet, which is important.

As a final note I would not be too concerned about what 3 books at this time. Undergoing an important development, but it can develop easily. Take a little more exercise and limit sweets. While healthy, that everything that's what counts! :)

To begin. . . Tell them they can throw the vegetables you, it makes it fun and you feel like you have the choice of what you are eatting

Then the work began limiting the amount of the sauce to give it until the vegetables without eatting

Other things you can try out nuggets are spinach, are Burgar plants and vegetables in the form of French fries dipped in tomato sauce prepared

Do not give an option other than healthy food. My son was 4 when he received his first potato chip. I have only healthy food in the cupboards and refrigerator. You must also set a good example by eating the right foods for themselves.

Sauté vegetables with egg noodles
You can always drag grated carrot / zucchini in pasta, etc.
Carrot sticks
Cherry tomatoes
Broccoli and cheese Cauliflour

And also keep many things to do gardening, namely, goods and play in the park, hide and seek, etc.

Good luck.
