What kind of pain is normal for someone who just got dentures? - denture pain

My dad has dentures now, and can not swallow, it is still bleeding (the home was 5 hours). He can not take, because he can not swallow his medication. It is icy cold, we have 4 blankets on him, but I think the pain is cold. Is this normal and feel like so long before I can swallow tablets.

I guess you do not have complete dentures, right?

It is very difficult to say in an hour or two, if the implant will cause problems.

Therefore, it is used after at least one days when there are some points of pain, you're back to a setting.

It's like a new pair of shoes.

Dysphagia is typical for this region has exceeded the upper palate dentures.

I think your father should return and get the whole posterior palatal zone.

If it is too long, the dentist, to shorten it.

Sometimes it is enough to solve thin problem.

Remember, if you cut too short, then lose the maintenance of prostheses.
